The WPVGA, which is part of Wisconsin’s Agricultural Potato Board, is the trade association for growers and shippers who harvest more that 25 million pounds of potatoes each year, third in the country to Idaho and Washington.
The Project
TMA+Peritus assisted with the restructuring of the association’s marketing initiatives including new messaging, a trade website, a consumer website, national recipe contests, reformulated P.O.P., direct marketing programs to the grocery industry, trade and consumer research, social media initiatives, the hiring of 3-time Olympian Suzy Favor Hamilton as the National Spokesperson, and aggressive content marketing program that enhanced the effectiveness of the traditional public relations efforts of the past.
