Avante Properties

Summary

Avante is a large-scale property manager and developer of master communities, commercial business parks, luxury apartments and retail spaces. Avante Properties was poised for growth, but their websites weren’t. As they grew, Avante created microsites for each new development which added digital confusion in the marketplace. They were also moving toward managing their own apartments, condos, retail and commercial spaces rather than outsourcing it to third-party property managers.

TMA+Peritus was hired to create a website that they can use to manage all of their properties.  Avante Properties now has a dynamic business site that effectively generates leads and profitable transactions through segmented audience content, sophisticated apartment search functions, and award-winning navigation and information architecture.
