Here's how we built a a series of four instructional animated videos for our client, LumiData:
 

• Step one: Plan and write a script, refine.
• Step two: Create a series of sketchy stills and at least one completed frame to show the final illustration style 
• Step three: Refine the script and storyboard and actor's voiceover to help tell the story 
• Step four: Apply the animation style to the individual elements that are needed for production
• Step five: Send the elements to the developer or video expert for production. Edit and refine. Export the final product to the required format(s).
